Assorted Tapas are bite size and small portioned appetizers, served in and on a variety of tea saucers and shot glass size serving pieces, artistically arranged on multi tiered leveled displays. Risers between the levels will reflect the theme and colors of the event. Guests traditionally use decorative cocktail picks, or fingers when eating (as is the tradition in Spain) no silverware necessary (may be provided if requested)
