Genoa Salami, mozzarella cheese, olives and grapevine tomato skewered and drizzled in balsamic reduction and extra virgin olive oil

Individual petite crostini topped with choice of:

Portabella mushroom with bleu cheese
Artichoke with shaved parmesan

Homemade parmesan crostini and fresh mozzarella 
with assorted bruschetta:
roma tomato and basil, artichoke parmesan, portabella merlot, caramelized onion with bleu cheese and pine nuts, fresh basil and balsamic reduction

Antipasto Vegetable Display 
Beautiful array of marinated and grilled garden vegetables to include asparagus, sweet peppers, mushrooms, green beans, zucchini, sun dried tomato, artichoke hearts, gourmet olives and peppers.
Served with roasted garlic aioli and artisan breads. 
Smoked Italian meats may be added to display.
